It's Summertime; who has the time to cook? Not I! But I'm in the kitchen more than I would like to be. & If you're like me, you want your meals to be quick, healthy & of course, delicious.
A pasta dish with veggies & shrimp was our dinner the other night & it left everyone wanting seconds & even thirds! If you're not a seafood lover, that's okay. You can easily switch the shrimp for some chicken breast. Oh, if you don't already have an Air Fryer, um, it's time! We have two here at CCH, a small one & a large family-size one. I'll link the ones that we have below. To keep my fryer pan in excellent condition, I use aluminum sheets & each time I use the fryer, it's such an easy cleanup. Okay, now onto the recipe.
16 oz Fusilli pasta
16 oz Raw shrimp
1 Roma tomato
3-4 celery stems
Cilantro half of a bunch
1/2 cup Trader Joe's organic Italian dressing
Salt & pepper to taste
Italian seasonings to taste
1 TBS dry basil leaves, crushed
