One of our favorite dishes is my shrimp, sausage & pasta bowls. Super easy & so filling! I'll add the link to my blog post on how I love making my pasta. This was for a dinner meal for 4, which was enough for lunch the next day.
Trader Joe's pasta, your choice of which kind. I love anything Trader Joe's.
Raw shrimp, I used about half a bag
Smoked uncooked sausage
1 red bell pepper & 1 green bell pepper
3 cloves of garlic
I pack of sliced mushrooms
Half of a white onion
Salt & pepper
For my sausage I cooked them in our air fryer. I like using my air fryer for my sausage it helps with releasing the grease. I used about 4 links and cut them & seasoned them with salt & pepper. I left in for about 12 mins, turned them for about 5 more min. The last few minutes I added some fresh basil.
Shrimp I sauté them with olive oil, Italian seasoning & salt & pepper. I let them cook from about 5 mins on each side

I chopped up the bell peppers & onion & garlic. I sautéed them & the mushrooms with a bit of olive oil. Once done, I added the shrimp & sausage to blend the flavors. Once blended, I tossed in my pasta.
I served it with hot garlic bread & topped it off with Parmigiano
